Once upon a time, in 1991, a man named Tim and a few of his friends formed a reggae band. Tim borrowed the name "Scarecrow People" from an XTC song. Many, many gigs later, in 1996, the band reformed into a rock band, changing the format to a strange blend of "B" sides, soundtracks, 80's, retro, and more. Sixteen years and 18 different band members later, it's hard to say who the Scarecrow People are...."It's not just a band...It's a tradition"
